Due to automated fulfilment processes, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

  • Returned items must be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Jean Patrique cookware is covered by a limited 25-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal domestic conditions and in accordance with Jean Patrique care and usage instructions.

What the warranty does NOT cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse or neglect

  • Overheating or incorrect heat sources

  • Damage caused by accidents or impact

  • Commercial or professional use

  • Alterations or repairs carried out by the customer or third parties

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

This warranty does not constitute a lifetime replacement guarantee.
